Praised for her lithe and elegant soprano, Carolyne DalMonte is a
versatile singer of opera, oratorio, and choral repertoire.

As a soughtafter oratorio soloist, she has performed with ensembles across the U.S. Her performed opera roles include Adina in L’elisir d’amore, Dorinda in Orlando, Mimi in La Bohème, Manon in Manon, and Despina in Così fan tutte. In addition to her solo experience, Ms. DalMonte is a prolific choral artist. She has performed with many excellent ensembles in her career, such as the Fifth Avenue Presbyterian Choir, Brevitas, The Thirteen, the Grant Park Festival Chorus, Bach Collegium San Diego, Bella Voce, Music of the Baroque and the Church of the Ascension Choir, and Chicago A Cappella. Ms. DalMonte was also a two time semi-finalist in the 2024 (and 2023) Lyndon Woodside Oratorio Solo competition. From fall to spring, you can find her singing in the soprano section at Chicago’s Church of the Ascension. When she’s not singing she can be found lounging around with her beloved dog, Apollo.
