Ticket Exchange for Subscribers

Subscribers enjoy the benefit of free ticket exchanges for performances within the same season, subject to availability. Exchanges are available at no charge, unless moving into a higher priced seating area. Requests for exchanges must be made prior to the originally scheduled performance. (No exchanges are available after a scheduled performance has been missed.) Exchanges will be honored if they are received at least two hours prior to the originally scheduled performance, though when possible we request they be submitted at least two (2) business days before the performance. Exchanged tickets will be mailed at no extra charge if the original subscription order was mailed, and if the request is received more than a week prior to the newly scheduled performance. Otherwise, tickets will be emailed or held at will call.  No refunds will be issued for unused tickets.

Nonsubscribers can call (773) 281-7820 x1 to request a ticket exchange. Exchanges for nonsubscribers will incur a $2 per ticket exchange fee and must be received at least two (2) business days prior to the originally purchased performance.
