Chicago a cappella Raffle Official Rules

No purchase/donation necessary. To enter, print your name, address, and telephone number on the stub of each ticket that you purchase. Detach the stub from the ticket and, mail it to Chicago a cappella at the address listed below. For each donation of $5 you receive one entry. For a $25 donation, you receive six entries. Make checks payable to Chicago a cappella.

To enter without making a donation, on a plain piece of 3" x 5" paper, hand print your name, address, telephone number, and the words, "Chicago a cappella 2008 raffle." Mail your entry in a hand-addressed #10 envelope to the address listed below. Limit one entry per envelope. Not responsible for lost, late, illegible, misdelivered or misdirected entries.

Winners will be selected at a random drawing on May 22, 2008, from all eligible entries received by the deadline of May 21, 2008. Decisions of judges are final. Winners will be notified by telephone or mail. Approximate odds of winning any one prize are 1:1500, based on estimate of 1500 entries received; actual odds of winning will depend on the number of entries received.

Void where prohibited by law. All prizes and travel destinations are subject to change. No substitution or transfer of prize permitted by winner. All federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winner. All federal, state and local laws apply. Certain restrictions and blackout dates may apply to travel.
